PCB Assembly
UpSmart PCBA builds precision into every assembly through a multi-stage inspection process—designed to catch defects early, protect yield, and keep your program on schedule.
3D SPI (Solder Paste Inspection): Performed immediately after solder paste printing to verify paste volume, height, and registration—before components are placed.
AOI (Automated Optical Inspection): Conducted after assembly to detect component misplacement, polarity errors, and soldering defects.
LCR Testing: The first article of every order undergoes LCR (inductance, capacitance, resistance) testing to confirm component value accuracy and BOM compliance.
BGA X-Ray Inspection: All assemblies containing BGAs (Ball Grid Arrays) are X-ray inspected to verify internal solder joint integrity and eliminate hidden connection risks.
Component Sourcing & Procurement
UpSmart PCBA sources electronic components directly through franchised/authorized distributors, reputable global distribution platforms, and original component manufacturers (OCMs)—ensuring authenticity, traceability, and consistent quality. With many years of procurement experience, UpSmart PCBA has built a vetted network of qualified suppliers.
Our sourcing process includes rigorous incoming quality control (IQC). When required, we partner with independent component testing laboratories to further validate authenticity, electrical performance, and reliability.
